From USASwimming - Adult non-athlete requirements. These rules have expanded to offer further protection of minor athletes. They apply to those who are in regular contact with minor athletes. Note that volunteer positions such as timers at meets are not required to have this membership. Ohio Swimming is working to clarify the membership of Meet Marshals.
