Wishing all of you a very happy Independence Day – We are fortunate to live in such a great country with so many blessings. While there are and will always be challenges, America is great because Americans are good, and our freedom is one of the greatest blessings we enjoy.

COACH ERIN LETTER TO MAST
Hi Mast Families,
It has been an honor and privilege to coach for MAST the past few years. During my time coaching with MAST it has been my pleasure to get to know everyone, and a real joy to see our swimmers work hard and improve.
Sadly, this summer will be my last season of coaching with MAST. In August, my family will be moving to Newcastle, England for the next 3 years. We are excited for this new adventure but incredibly sad for all that we are leaving behind.
I wish all of you swimmers the very best and looking forward to a fantastic finish to this season!

OSI REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP (OSI JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFIER – July 7-9 at Keating Natatorium)

SOSL MEETS

Remaining Dual Meets

The meet at Delshire is still on. We have swimmers at both Regionals and the OSI Senior Champs but any swimmers not in one of those two meets should sign-up to swim at Delshire on Thursday.

Tuesday, July 11 at Woodhaven is the last SOSL dual meet.

SOSL Championships
-
You must have participated in a minimum of two dual meets to swim SOSL Championships on July 18 at West Clermont.
-
If you haven’t been in two SOSL dual meets there are two remaining so you can still qualify for the SOSL Championship meet.

OHIO JUNIOR CHAMPS (July 20-23 at Miami University)

Entry commitment is due Monday, July 10
-
So far, we have only one MAST swimmer signed up for this meet.

If you are a qualifier we hope that you will sign-up to compete in this championship.
PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Please note earlier practice ending times for Red 1, 2, 3 & Black 1.
Swimmers in Black 2 & 3 whose last USAS meet is the Senior meet or the OSI Regional Championship will be finishing earlier as well but the actual finish time will vary day to day anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes.
