RAYS Meet Entry Changes

There were some errors in the RAYS meet information.

The original information limited swimmers to 7 events total (3 max per day) but this has been changed to 9 events total (3 max per day).  We have made a few changes to your swimmers entry; not all swimmers wee entered in the maximum.

The meet will have prelim / final sessions on all three days.

The 1500 will be limited to the top two heats, so we have changed a couple of our swimmers out of the 1500 to other events if it was likely that they would not make the top two heats.

The ammended meet information will be posted if it is available from the meet host.

Black 2 / Black 3 morning practice - Tuesday, June 13

The decision to end Long Course practice early this morning was not taken easily.  While the water was colder than preferred, it was tolerable, but combined with the air teamperature and cloud cover the decision was taken to finish practice at 8:15 am.

It is hoped that we will be able to use our full practice time for all future practices but if weather extremes dictate adjusting schedules please know that your children are safe at the YMCA until you are able to pick them up.
