It is hoped that everyone is enjoying their spring break time. Here at MAST we are looking forward to starting the spring portion of the Long Course season.
We will be starting back with practices on Tuesday, April 11 and look forward to seeing everyone back in the pool again.
Practices during the first two weeks will be shorter than the regular practices but as we get into late April we will soon be back to the full schedule.
Additionally, we will start with fewer practices and add more practices as we get into April.
Please make sure to check the practice schedule each week as we build into the spring schedule.
MAST BANQUET – April 24 at 6:30 pm:
We want to get together and celebrate all the wonderful accomplishments of our swimmers this year.
The banquet is on April 24th at 6:30pm in the Milford High School cafeteria.
There will be some fun, a raffle and we'll hear from our coaches. MAST will provide pizza, but we need everyone to help with sides and drinks.
There will be a separate sign-up genius email sent out closer to the banquet to let people choose what to bring.

Swim Video of the Week – Summer McIntosh and Leon Marchand both had incredible swims in the 400 IM (Summer added a world record in 400 Free to her world record 400 IM and Leon added the NCAA in the 200 Breaststroke to his NCAA record 400 IM) Unfortunately Leon’s 400 IM is unavailable due to a copyright issue.
