Pre-Season Clinics Begin Today - Please check this updated information
RED group swimmers - please attend the clinic scheduled for 7:30 - 8:30 pm
BLACK group swimmers - please attend the clinic scheduled for 6:00 - 7:30 pm
We know that there are some older swimmers in the RED Groups and some younger swimmers in the BLACK Groups but I should have made the breakdown along group lines from the beginning.
Younger swimmers in the BLACK 1 group may choose to attend the 7:30 pm clinic if they prefer the time.
If you already have plans to attend the age-based times and are not able to change plans, we will make it work.
I apologize for not making this distinction earlier.

PRESEASON CLINICS: Monday, Sept. 12, Thursday, Sept. 15 & Friday, Sept. 16
These clinics are open to all MAST Swimmers. We will review strokes and other training information so that we are ready to start on the first day of practice with everyone on the same page.
Monday – September 12: Freestyle & Backstroke
6:00 – 7:30 12 & older clinic
7:30 – 8:30 11 & under clinic
Thursday – September 15: Breaststroke & Butterfly
6:00 – 7:30 12 & older clinic
7:30 – 8:30 11 & under clinic
Friday – September 16: Starts, Turns & overall review.
6:00 – 7:30 12 & older clinic
7:30 – 8:30 11 & under clinic
