D) = DRYLAND – Please arrive at least 5 minutes early and ready to start on time. 
  • Proper dryland attire is athletic shoes, shorts, and T-shirts.
 
S) = SWIM – Usual in-water swimming time. 
  • All swimmers should have a competitive style swimsuit (swimmers will receive credit toward a team suit with a paid registration) and swim cap (recommended, especially for those with longer hair). 
  • Each swimmer will also receive one team cap with paid registration. 
  • All groups will have access to training equipment available at the pool.
  • It is highly recommended that Black group swimmers have a personal mesh equipment bag with their own short fins and paddles.
  • Optional (recommended) equipment for Black 2 & Black 3 groups:  Nose clip, ankle band and tempo trainer. 
  • All equipment is available through SwimVille but you are welcome to shop other sources as you wish.
  • All swimmers should have their own water bottle (do not share water bottles) for practices.  Please fill water before arriving at practice.
