FINAL J.O. CHAMPIONSHIP UPDATE

Hello MAST families,

Two items for tonight:

1) JO Championship volunteers

We have a very small commitment requirement for volunteers but we would like to have everyone help.  The volunteer position sign up is posted on the events page and we are asking that you sign up for half sessions so that everyone gets to contirbute and no single parent has to work an entire session.

2) Practice schedule this week.

For those who are attending practices the week of JO Championships, the location for Thursday, July 21 has been changed to the Clermont YMCA. 

The Black Group practice time remains Dryland 6:45 am & Swim 7:00 - 8:15/8:30

The Red group swimmers who are attending will practice Dryland 6:45 am & Swim 7:00 - 7:45/8:00
