Additional notes from MAST Coaches

Relays

  • Final decisions on relay teams are made during the meet.
  • Please check with coach to confirm whether or not you are on a relay
  • There are no "C" relays (we had a 11-12 Girls "C" relay, but it will be scratched

Stay Warm Between Events

  • We strongly recommend extra dry towels, blankets and/or sleeping bags to stay warm in the team area
  • We strongly recommend wearing parkas, jackets or sweatshirts, sweatpants, shoes and socks, hats and gloves while waiting between events.

FRIDAY PRACTICE

  • Please do not miss practice on Thursday or Friday

AFTER THE MEET

  • Check the practice schedule.
  • All MAST Swimmers are invited to continue coming to practice after the Regional Championship even if they do not qualify for the J.O. CHampionship.  There is a lot to be learned in the additional practices and it will better prepare you each swimmers for the next year when that swimmer does qualify for the J.O meet (or whatever the next level meet will be).

See you at the pool,

Coach Monty
