The following information needs to get to everyone and cannot wait until Sunday.
1) Changes to Friday, January 7 practice schedule
* Due to the meet this weekend we need to change the practice schedule for tomorrow night (Friday, Jan. 7)
Black 1, 2 & 3 will practice together:
4:00 Dryland
4:30 SWIM
6:30 Practice ends
Red 1, 2 & 3 - Practice cancelled.
No practice for any Red swimmers this Friday
2) Updates to Holiday Wrap Up meet - See Events page for Meet Time Lines, Warm-up Assignments, Psych Sheets.
Important notes:
Friday events require positive check-in.
If a swimmer does a positive check-in and subsequently misses that event, they will be subject to a fine.
Masks are required.
No spectators permitted.

3) Revised MAST commitment deadline for TYR Invitational is Monday, January 10
4) Revised Practice schedule for week of January 17 - (will be posted on Sunday, Jan. 9). Changes apply to Wednesday, January 19 practices. Practice schedule will begin at 5:30 pm instead of 4:30 pm
