SPECIAL UPDATE - Meet and Practice notes for October 22-24 / UPDATED Oct. 22 at 10:00 am

Hello MAST Families,

Live streaming information just received from meet host.  (We sent e-mail links for our entries)

LIVE STREAM INSTRUCTIONS FOR WTRC SHARKS ANDREW WORLEY MEET:

We are using TKDS Sports to provide live streaming of our meet this weekend.  For every registered swimmer who provided us with an email address, an account was set up by TKDS in your name.  To provide access to the account, TKDS sent an email to that address.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM EMAIL.  If you already have an account with TKDS, you can use your existing login.  Access paid for by the Sharks is based on email addresses provided.

The email sent provides a link to the sign in process.  Your username is the portion of your email before the "@" sign.  You must reset your password to access.  IMPORTANT:  IT IS BEST TO USE CHROME BROWSER.

If you have not provided us with an email address, you (or other family members) can create an account, with payment handled by you.  The cost is $10/weekend.  You can access their site here:  https://videos.tkdssports.com/swimming/    

You can also use their App via your phone or their channel on Roku and Amazon firestick to view the event.  Instructions are available after login, under the tab "Best ways to view".

1)  Practice Schedule - FRIDAY, October 22 - Due to the meet this weekend we would like to adjust Friday's practice schedule as follows

BLACK 1, 2 & 3 Together. 

4:15 - 4:30  Short dryland / prepare to swim

4:30 - 6:30  SWIM

RED 1 & 2 Together. 

6:15 - 6:30  Short Dryland / prepare for swim

6:30 - 7:30  SWIM

Heat sheets - heat sheets will not be available at the meet so if you want a heat sheet please make a copy

FACE COVERINGS: All meet participants – coaches, officials, administrators, spectators, vendors and athletes (between events) - must wear face coverings and comply with legally mandated social distancing and mass gathering rules
