Practice notes for Black 2 & Black 3 Groups only

1) If you have resistance bands, please bring them to practice starting Friday, June 11

2) Remember to wear athletic shoes for dryland

3) Please be on time and ready to start at 6:45 am (this does not mean walking in at 6:45).

4) Dryland after swimming if planned for 30 minutes of less, but this requires a fast transition from the pool to dryland.
