CAC Meet - Final Team Information from Meet Host

Final Instructions for the CAC meet

*Meet host is in need of timers for the Friday PM session - if you are able to time for the Friday PM session please contact the meet host at [email protected]

There are NO spectators so volunteering is the only way for parents to be inside the facility!  Timers should arrive 15-20 minutes before the session begins!  

*The meet will be streamed via Miami aquatic Center twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/miamiaquaticcenter  

*Locker rooms will be available for CHANGING ONLY - the showers will be off limits to participating athletes.  It is extremely important that the meet stays close to the approximate time line and start/finish times. 

Miami needs time to clean between sessions so please make sure athletes leave shortly after their last swim.  PLEASE HELP US KEEP THE MEET ON TIME!

*All 50's will start from Scoreboard end of the pool.

*All other events:  odd heats start at Balcony end and even heats start at Scoreboard end.

*Teams will be assigned bleachers upon arrival.  If athletes are not competing or using the warm up/warm down tank they should be seated in assigned area.

*Facemask & Social Distancing 

o Fully Vaccinated Adults & Athletes are not required to wear Facemasks 

o Unvaccinated or Partially Vaccinated must wear a Facemask & Socially Distance throughout the Meet.
