Hello MAST Families,
Congratulations to all the MAST swimmers who competed this past weekend at the CAC meet. Getting in early season racing is a good way to learn about each swimmer and racing is the most specific form of training.
The meet was very short and the swimmers had very little rest between races, but the benefit of getting in five races in an hour was tremendous. Congratulations to all the MAST swimmers for great efforts and positive attitudes.
We have another opportunity for the first long course meet of the year. Make sure to check the Events page and get signed up as soon as possible.
